CAT Alliance Ltd has developed a very strong track record of global supplier and data management for industry, through managing extended producer responsibility obligations such as MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) development to global suppliers, ELV (End of Life Vehicles) for the automotive industry, WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) regulations for the electronics industry, the implementation of the RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) for industry generally and green procurement for the Defence Industry. We are currently presenting at workshops to advise on the obligations of REACH and what this means to manufacturers in practice. We are also advising on implications related to other newly introduced legislation such as EuP and RRR, now on the corporate agenda for many manufacturers and distributors.
